A tope con Dukan.
Según el gráfico mi fase de ataque tenía que durar 2 días y perder 800 gr.
Empezando el 26 y hasta el domingo día 1 de Mayo el resultado es el siguiente:
- Desde el 26 al 1 he perdido 2,8 Kg.
- Mi peso era de 92, ahora de 89,2.
- IMC= 28,2
Después de 2 días de ATAQUE la pérdida era de 1Kg. Clavado con lo planificado, pero exigencias del guión (viajes,comida con clientes,etc) hizo que el 28 y 29 de Abril me saltara el régimen tomando elementos prohibidos como hidratos,azucar y alcohol, eso sí sólo fue una de las comidas.
El sábado retomamos (somos dos en casa sino es imposible) la dieta reempezando la fase de ATAQUE y recuperando la senda del adelgazamiento...
Hoy es día 1 y doy por finalizada la fase de ATAQUE. De momento "nembé".
